Phila OWS talks regional, then national assembly

has anyone been in touch with OWS Phila? It would be hard to imagine a national assembly there without their involvement, especially since they seem to be a fairly solid occupation.
Occupy Together is also talking about networking of different occupations:

Re: Phila OWS talks regional, then national assembly
Big point: Philadelphia hopes for online general assemblies. What qualifies?
Also, they are expressing identification with direct democracy. What is the national and international consensus on that point?
Among Occupy folks?
The general public in the USA?
The world?
