Corporate personhood - without ending corporate personhood, nothing else will work.

Corporate Personhood Empty Ending corporate personhood is a bad idea! It would affect all other legal entities, associations, unions, churches, ngos, etc.

Better than ending personhood for legal entities, the best thing would be to create a code of rights and obligations of legal entities, which would not be the same as the rights and obligations of real people.

Also, we need a code of criminal laws of legal entities, establishing the illegal conducts that would be punishable by death - that is, revoking the charter and confiscating all assets and properties.

Corporate Personhood Empty End corporate personhood

Hi, I respectfully disagree! These other legal entities don't have legal personhood. Only corporations currently do - or are believed to, anyway. Do institutions (corporations, schools, states, churches) have rights at all? Does a state have a "right"? I would say that institutions have responsibilities. Human beings have rights.

my understanding is that these other entities do have legal personhood. If I'm wrong, maybe someone can provide the legal background.
My undestanding is that any legal entity has personhood.

My understanding is that even Citizen United itself applies to any association of citizens, such as unions.
