Illegal cash sales laws in Louisianna

I'm not sure where this might fall, but, i believe that this issue should be addressed .....
Louisianna has passed a law that makes CASH PURCHASES illegal. And, i am not clear whether other states are holding this on their legislative docket, or, not...

Thats a bit misleading... actually, a lot misleading.
