Supreme Court Must Not Be Involved in Electorate Decisions
The injustice of the 2000 presidential election was that the electorate (we, the 99.99999999%) never truly decided this election. It was halted and given to someone by the Supreme Court.
This must never happen again. The Supreme Court should be barred from ruling on electoral decisions.
We need a constitutional amendment which guarantees all elections must be concluded through a process of vote counting. No court ruling, even at the highest level, may be allowed to interrupt this process.
