Focus on the current declarations #1-5
As others have said, KISS!
If the top 5 declarations are achieved, then we will have achieved a government that works for the people--and that is ultimately what we really need. Once we have true representitive government, our representatives can tackle the other myriad issues--that's what they are elected for. There is NO WAY the current (and growing) laundry list will ever come close to being achieved--everyone has their own pet issues. That approach will simply allow the movement to be divided into endless factional argumentation.
Once the primary 5 declarations are achieved, then additional declarations can be addressed. But First, just get the money out of politics, stop the revolving door, and end crony capitalism (ie, regulators that don't enforce the laws on their banker buddies)

I agree entirely with this. We have to get at the root causes before we can do much about the symptoms.

16# and 19#
#16 to protect us and #19 to empower us to make it happen.
